SANTI, California – This week, of the 1,345 cities in California, Santi was named one of the safest in a new SafeWise study.
Security product review site SafeWise ranked more than 50 cities in 2021 using the latest data crime statistics ึ Data from the Federal Bureau of Investigation. SafeWise also included demographic information and the results of its Security Survey.
“The ‘safest’ city rankings are designed to cover up low-crime cities, sparking talk and action about making all cities and communities safer,” says the SafeWise website.

The 34th safest city in the state of Santin is 2021.
Violence in Santi decreased by 1.7 cases per 1,000 inhabitants in 2021, instead of 1.9 in 2020. During the same period, property crimes also fell to 13.7 out of 15.1 cases per 1,000 inhabitants.
Among California residents surveyed by SafeWise, 56 percent said they felt a high level of daily concern for their safety. California, the most populous state, also ranks second in the country with the highest concern for coronavirus, according to SafeWise.
The coronavirus seems to have harmed the residents, how safe they feel. Fifty-four percent of Golden State residents say the epidemic threatens their personal safety.
Golden State ranks second in the nation for fear of gun violence and fear of police violence, as well as fifth for fear of violent crime in the country.
However, 40 percent of Californians surveyed said they felt safe in the state.
Fifty-four percent of Californians are concerned about violent crime, for good reason. According to SafeWise, the rate of violent crime in California is higher than in the United States. Fortunately, by 2020, crime rates have dropped slightly.
So what crimes do Californians worry about the most?
The main concerns are package theft, property crimes, violent crimes and gun violence, SafeWise reports. Despite the fear, only 25 percent use personal protection, such as a stun gun or pepper spray.
There were more than 105,000 violent attacks across Golden State in 2020. And in the safest cities there was a higher rate of rape (13%) than in the state (9%).
By 2020, about 61 percent said they were worried about police violence every day. Forty-eight percent of California residents say they trust law enforcement. In 2020, there were 294 shots fired by California officers.
The good news is that all of California’s 50 safest cities listed by SafeWise have lower levels of violent crime than the state, regional, or national average.
