Today, the Office of Medical Examination performed an autopsy on Ismail Resendiz. The primary cause of death was a stab wound to the chest, and the manner of death was murder.

Information from the initial issue.
August 7, 2021, 8 p.m. At around 00 a.m., sheriff’s deputies and firefighters responded to a rainbow crew at a kindergarten in Rainbow Creek Road 5400 in Felbrook. They found 33-year-old Ismail Alberto Resendiz stabbed. Resendiz was taken to a local hospital. Unfortunately, Resendiz was pronounced dead shortly after arriving at the hospital.
Deputies contacted fifty-seven-year-old Luis Enrique Muniz at the kindergarten.
The Sheriff’s murder department responded and took responsibility for the investigation. During the investigation, Muniz was identified as the person who stabbed Resendiz. Muniz was arrested on 187 (a) charges of murder and held in Vista Detention Center.
Resendiz lives in Escondido. Muniz lives in a kindergarten. Resendiz’s family was informed of his death. Motivation ึ Circumstances are currently being investigated.
