Detectives at North Sheriff Station want your help in finding a man suspected of stalking a child in Encinitas.
The 10-year-old victim told detectives that it happened on October 11 and October 12 near Ocean Knoll Elementary School in the 900th district of Melba Road. He told detectives at Sheriff’s Station on the North Coast that it was the end of the school day when the man in the drawing approached him. The man talked to her twice. The girl was able to leave, she was not injured.

The suspect is described as having a thin Spanish body over 40, 5’10 inches tall. He has shoulder length brown hair with brown eyes. She may have a tattoo on her right eye աջ on the right side of her neck. The suspect was on foot, no car was parked.
