According to the announcement, some of the foods were falsely advertised as ordinary, unsweetened candies or snacks.
“It is not uncommon for unlicensed, unregulated cannabis dispensaries to sell their dangerous products to children,” the statement said.

The bust took place at around 7am on Thursday, after marijuana sheriff’s sheriffs ordered the entry of the 700th Grand Avenue Dispensary, including Lakeside, Felbrook, Rancho San Dieraneri and Parghefer’s place.
According to the statement, the San Diego District Attorney’s Office will be charged.

The bust was part of a larger sheriff’s investigation into illegal marijuana dispensaries in the county.
