SAN DIEGO COUNTY, California – An earthquake shook the Borego Springs area of San Diego County on Wednesday morning.
The 3.5 magnitude earthquake occurred at 3 in the morning. About 6 miles south of Borrego spring in the 50’s, according to the US Geological Survey.
A slight tremor was felt in the San Diego area. According to the US Geological Survey, residents of Alpine, Borrego Spring, El Cajon, Escondido, Jul Ulyan, La Mesa, Lakeside, Poitiers, San Diego, Santi, Spring Valley and other cities said they felt the quake.
No injuries or damage were reported immediately.
