Carmen Camel (Elzalaki) Santi got her angel’s wings on September 21, 2021 at her home in the arms of her loving daughter Monica. Born in Woodland, California, Carmen was 60 years old. Carmen was a special, caring, selfless mother, sister, aunt, friend. He saw only the good in everyone; he lived a life that spread laughter, joy, and kindness wherever he went. He welcomed everyone and lit up the room where he entered the second one. Carmen’s passion and love for her family made everyone memorable, bringing family, friends with special, thoughtful gifts, never forgetting birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, weddings. և always comes unexpectedly at the right time, somehow knowing that you need him. One of his sisters summed him up perfectly, saying: “I just felt better sitting next to him, he didn’t even have to talk.” He donated most of his time, energy and love to caring for and serving the needy. Both the unlucky and the really sick, those who could not take care of themselves! She did it delicately, seemingly unobtrusively, effortlessly, while serving as a wife, mother, best friend to the lucky ones who got to know her. He found his happy place in ep efir Cove, NV, where he enjoyed all that the lake had to offer. Beautiful views, trails, snow, sailing, concerts և dinners on the lake shore. He loved to watch the amazing sunsets every night, to share his love for the lake with everyone. He was our true angel on earth; the influence he left on everyone he met will last forever.
Carmen is survived by her husband, Rusty Santi, daughter, Monica Elzalak (ess esica), stepchildren, Reed (Maria), Clark (Herbert), Greg (Katie), brother Ralph (Nancy), brother Monir (Kim), Gloria, sister Susan (David) և many nieces, nephews և grandchildren.
Carmen was preceded in death by her parents, Camel և Jan Janis Elzalak, beloved son Christopher, brothers Anwar and Camel, և ex-husband William Rees.
